Chungwood

In October, the weather in Minsk is cold and rainy, and it gets dark around 4 pm. There aren't many people on the streets. I am surprised by the high level of civility among the people here. They follow traffic rules, are very orderly, and are friendly towards others. They do not cheat tourists.


У кастрычніку ў Мінску халадна і дожджава, і змярканне наступае каля 4 гадзін пасля палудня. На вуліцах няма шмат людзей. Я здзіўлены высокім ўзроўнем цывілізаванасці сярод людзей тут. Яны сустрэчаюць правілы руху, вельмі арганізаваныя і прыязныя да іншых. Яны не ашукуюць турыстаў.
