Is it normal for my internet speed to not reach 150Mbps?

Hello everyone, I'm using CIK's internet service, subscribed to a 150Mbps cable connection for around $60. However, when I tested the speed on fast.com, it only showed 140Mbps. Is this normal? The latency is around 15ms, and I don't experience any lag while playing games. I'm a novice when it comes to these things.

That speed is actually quite good! Typically, reaching around 90% of the advertised speed is considered very good. Additionally, for gaming, latency below 20 milliseconds is considered acceptable. It's frustrating when the actual speeds don't match the subscribed plan, like your previous experience with Rogers. It's great to hear that you've found CIK to be more stable in comparison.
